Advent cake / Adventski kolač
Sinoć tako ja razmišljam koji ću kolač napraviti danas,
za prvu adventsku nedjelju, i razmišljam i razmišljam...
I onda stavi Iskrica na svoj FB slijedeću fotografiju:
source: Internet |
Ideja!
Orahnjaču, ali ne običnu, nego ovako izrezanu!
Great idea!
I just make a cake looking like that!
- 500 g brašna
- 50 g šećera
- vanilij šećer
- prstohvat soli
- kvasac
- 2 jaja
- 1,25 dcl mlakog mlijeka
- 100 g maslaca
- 500 g oraha
- 200 g šećera
- 2 dcl mlijeka
- malo ruma, cimeta
- (nisam imala dovoljno oraha, pa sam ovo danas srezala na pola)
- peći na 180°C nekih 40 min, odnosno dok ne pozlati
- par žlica marmelade ukuhati u malo vode i preliti čim izađe iz pećnice
- 500 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- vanilla flavored sugar (one little bag)
- salt
- yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1,25 dcl mild warm milk
- 100 g butter
- mix everything together and let it rise
- 500 g walnut
- 200 g sugar
- 2 dcl milk
- some rum, cinnamon
- I didn't have enough walnut today, so I cut everything in half
- put everything in a bowl and on low heat and cook for few minutes
- bake on 180°C for 40 minutes or less, untill it gets golden
- few spoons of mermelade cook in little bit of water, glaze as soonest as it gets out of the oven
I tako je nastao advenski kolač,
u obliku adventskog vijenčića :)
And so this Advent cake appeared,
in a shape of an Advent wreath :)
