Stuffed Apples / Punjene jabuke


Ova je jesen bila naročito bogata jabukama, radila sam džem sa jabukama i dunjama, a posebno sam poludjela za punjenim jabukama! To radim svaki tjedan, pa i češće od toga, tako da me moji malo čudno gledaju. Ali - slatko je, finog okusa, jednostavno se napravi, definitivno bez brašna ikakve vrste, brzo je gotovo, može se jesti toplo ili hladno, sastojci se prilagode ukusu ili onome što se ima kod kuće, nije baš kalorično, odlično paše u hladne dane - pa zašto se ne bi češće radilo? I odlično ide uz sladoled!
This fall was particularly rich in apples,   I made some jam with apple and quince, but I am especially  crazy for stuffed apples ! I prepare it every week , and even more often than that , so I get some strange looks from my family .
